We are committed to protecting the privacy of our website visitors, clients, and particularly the research sources (“Sources”, “Respondents”, “Consultants”) we interact with through interviews, surveys, or questionnaires.

Note on sensitive data: We do not intentionally collect "Special Category" data (e.g., health, race, political opinions, or criminal records). If such information is shared voluntarily during an interview, it is treated with the highest level of confidentiality or redacted.

We do not maintain a permanent database of sources for future marketing. Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to complete the specific research project for our client and to meet professional record-keeping obligations. Once the project is finalized, raw recordings and identifiers are typically deleted or anonymized according to our internal data destruction policy.

Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request that we delete your interview data.
