Steve Holland
Founder & Research Director
Steve Holland has been conducting investment research for leading institutional investors since 2017.
Previously, he worked as a journalist for numerous leading media organisations around the world and developed a reputation as an investigative journalist covering the intersection of politics and business. He has reported from numerous locations, across Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, India, China, and Malaysia, to list a few.
Steve has conducted thousands of interviews, with business, political, cultural, and thought leaders. He has also worked as an analyst, financial writer, and legal researcher.
Steve holds a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) from Monash University, a Master of International Politics from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Journalism from Queensland University of Technology.
Steve is an enthusiastic hiker and likes exploring the forests and national parks outside Melbourne in his free time.
Jozefina Hoszwa

Jozefina Hoszwa has worked as a mixed-methods researcher in the B2B SaaS sector since 2022. Focused on UX and strategic research, she has extensive experience designing and conducting multi-stage research processes and delivering insights that help businesses deliver exceptional user experience and evaluate and uncover new market opportunities.
Jozefina holds a Bachelor of Science, Psychology, from the University of Amsterdam, and studied Global Business and Economics at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Jozefina also speaks Polish and conversational German.
Jozefina grew up in her mum’s veterinary clinic, where she began helping out when she was 8 years old. She stays active through hiking and Pilates, and is a passionate baker known for her focaccia and bagels.
